If using a popping machine (we recommend the Whirley Pop) or microwave popper, follow manufacturer instructions.  Otherwise, place 1-tablespoon of popping oil and 8 tablespoons of popping corn in a heavy, large saucepan. Cover and cook on medium high heat, shaking constantly to prevent burning and allowing steam to escape.  When popping slows to a stop, remove lid at once and pour into separate bowl to cool.  Season to taste (try our White Cat Natural Sea Salt, White Cheddar, Spicy Parmesan or Zesty Salts and Seasonings).
